Diagnosly Personal is a Windows app that diagnoses your own PC with AI. You describe what's wrong ("my PC is slow", "Xbox Game Pass won't install") and Diagnosly investigates: it checks your event logs, looks at what's running and runs PowerShell on your machine. Then it tells you what it found and, if you approve, fixes it.
How it works
- Sign in at diagnosly.app with Google, or with an email address and password. See Signing in.
- Install the Windows app. The first time it runs it connects your PC to your account. Windows asks you to approve one permission prompt. See Installing the app.
- Add credits. Diagnosly is pay-as-you-go. You buy credits up front and each diagnosis uses part of your balance. There is no subscription. See How credits work.
- Describe the problem and press Diagnose my PC. You can watch it work live. See Your first diagnosis.
What it does for you
- Starts with a quick read-only look at your PC, so it begins with evidence instead of guesses.
- Asks you questions when it needs to know something.
- Proposes a numbered plan for anything that would change your PC, and only does what you approve.
- Tries to save a way back before it changes anything. See Backups and restore points.
What it can't do
- It works on Windows 10 and 11 only. There is no Mac, Linux or phone version.
- One account is tied to one PC at a time.
- It can be wrong. AI suggestions need your judgement, which is why changes always wait for your approval.
