In the app
My PC shows your ten most recent diagnoses under Recent diagnoses. Choose View all in History (or the History tab) to see every one, newest first, 20 to a page, with Previous and Next.
Open a row to read:
- What you asked, and how it ended: completed, failed, timed out or cancelled.
- The Mode it ran in (Quick, Auto or Max) and how long it took.
- The result, including what the AI found and any actions it took.
To carry on with a completed one, choose Continue from this result. Your earlier text is put in the box on My PC for you to edit and send as a follow-up.
On the web
The same history is on diagnosly.app/dashboard when you're signed in. Choose View on the web on a diagnosis in the app to open it there with the list of steps it took. Your Usage page shows the last 30 days: your daily activity, your PC's status and your recent diagnoses.
How long it's kept
The summary of each diagnosis, and any rating you gave it, is kept for as long as your account is active so you can look back. The detailed step-by-step log is deleted after a year. See Your data and deleting your account.
Failed diagnoses
A diagnosis that fails or times out because of us isn't charged in full. See Spending limits and checkpoints.
