Setting up your first fleet

Group your devices, assign tags, run your first check across the fleet.

Setting up your team workspace

Enterprise tenants are provisioned by Diagnosly. Once your tenant exists and you've set a password from the invite email, you're the admin and can invite teammates from Settings → Users → Add user. Roles are admin, tech and viewer: see RBAC. To try the fleet dashboard first, request a demo from diagnosly.app/contact.

Add your devices

Install the agent on two or three machines (see Fleet agent install), then head to Fleet to see them appear. Each device shows its hostname, OS, last heartbeat, and online status.

Grouping devices

Create a Device Group at Library → Groups → New group. Common groupings:

  • By location: HQ NYC, London Office, Remote
  • By function: Engineering, Sales laptops, Lab machines
  • By criticality: Production servers, Dev workstations

Devices can belong to multiple groups. Groups are what most bulk operations target.

Star your most-watched devices

Click the star icon on any device row to favourite it. Favourites pin to the top of the Fleet page and the Cmd+K command palette. Stored in your browser; not synced across users.

Run your first check

Go to Operations → Checks. Built-in checks are pre-installed and ready:

  • Defender RTP enabled
  • BitLocker enabled on system drive
  • Free disk space > 10%
  • No pending reboot
  • Antivirus signatures fresh (< 7 days)

Click Run on fleet on any check to fan out across all your devices. Results land in the matrix view within 30-60 seconds.
