Each diagnosis is capped, so one run can’t cost more than its limit. Actual cost is usually lower.
What does a credit buy?
1 credit = $1 of diagnosing. Each diagnosis uses a small part of a credit, and never more than its cap, so a long-running one can’t surprise you.
- Quick diagnosis, up to 0.5 credit each, so about 2 per credit.
- Detailed diagnosis, up to 0.5 credit each, so about 2 per credit.

Questions
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy credits once and use them when something goes wrong. Nothing renews.
What happens if a diagnosis fails?
If a diagnosis fails or times out, it costs you nothing. Any credits it used are given back.
Can a diagnosis cost more than the price shown?
Not without asking you. A run stops at 0.50 credits and asks before it spends any more. Most cost less.
Will it change things on my PC without asking?
No. Diagnosly explains what it found and asks before it changes anything.
Can I get a refund?
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments and used credits are non-refundable. Unused credit may be refunded at our discretion: email support@diagnosly.app.
Which computers does it work on?
Windows 10 and Windows 11. One account covers one PC.
