ABOUT

Windows problems should take minutes, not an afternoon.

Diagnosly is an AI diagnostics tool for Windows. You describe what is wrong, it works out why, and it fixes it with your say-so.

Why it exists

Most PC trouble is a handful of known causes hiding behind a vague symptom: a slow start, a an app that keeps freezing, a crash that only happens on Tuesdays. Finding the cause is the slow part, and it usually means an evening of searching forums and pasting commands you only half understand.

Diagnosly does the searching for you. It looks at your machine, explains what it found in plain language, and fixes what it can once you have agreed to it.

How it works

  1. Describe it

Type or say what is wrong, in your own words. "My laptop takes five minutes to start" is a perfectly good brief.

  2. It investigates

Diagnosly checks event logs, performance, drivers and settings on your PC, then explains the likely cause in plain language.

  3. You approve the fix

It lists exactly what it wants to change. Nothing that modifies your system runs until you say so, and a restore point comes first.

What we build to

You stay in charge

Diagnosly shows what it wants to change and waits for your approval. Every diagnosis is kept in your history, so you can always see what was checked and what was done.

Your data stays yours

Account names, machine names, network details and secrets are scrubbed on your PC before anything is sent. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Pay for what you use

No subscription and no seat licence. You buy credits and a diagnosis spends a small part of one, with the most it can cost shown before it starts.

Honest about its limits

If a fix needs a restore point and Windows cannot make one, Diagnosly says so rather than pretending. If it cannot solve something, it tells you what it found and what to try next.

The detail behind these is on the Security page and in the Privacy Policy.

Who is behind it

Diagnosly is built and run independently in the UK. It is a small operation on purpose: there is no sales team between you and the people who make the product, and messages sent through the contact page are read by the people who build it.

We ship often and say what changed. The changelog lists the major releases of the app, the website and the platform behind them.
